DigitalVideo Converter is a freeware program very simple but works very well. With this program you can convert video files from almost any format to what format you need.

For example you can convert al these formats: AVI, DIVX, XVID, MP4, MPG, WMV, ASF, MOV, FLV to these formats: AVI (DivX, XviD, MPEG-4, H264), MPEG (MPEG-1, MPEG-2, VCD, SVCD, DVD), WMV, QuickTime (MOV).

DigitalVideo Converter lets you to setup file resolution, frame rate, bitrate.To convert a video file just select the file, add to the program and click on the convert button.
